The number 69 is used for this feature as that most closely aligns with the U.S.ĭialing code standards for the Call Return feature. For clarification, anonymous calls cannot be returned as the caller's number is simply not available. We are however looking to see if there are any reliable free reverse lookup databases in the public domain that can be used in a feature enhancement. The same type methods are used for the caller id 'name' displayed on most cell phones. The caller id 'name' is taken from either the Speed Dial table OR the contact entries. NOTE: This is a 'paid for' solution that currently costs $9.95 but it is FREE to download and try for a few days.

In my opinion, MagicJack is cheap and works great. Its not DNS, but its DNS-SRV DNS+STUN server ) and “realm” strings for the client to work. The DNS-SRV records (yes you read it right. Its not true,Some VOIP (especially windows based softphones ) can figure out Implementation is broken, some said MJ isnt friendly etc… Suggested that Magic Jack never works with Nokia.
